Slow down time pls thank you

Hey loves,

oh my gosh I didn’t even know how longs it’s been since I last blogged !!! So sorry!!! 1 month and 10 days, wow. And time flew by. In this last month all I did, basically, was uni stuff: working on the outfit, which is my exam, from the first semester (seriously, it looks like it can be done in 4 days or so but it takes sooo long!!) . Still working on it but it should be finished by tommorow (hopefully). Guess why? We’ll have a test photoshoot on tuesday and the main one on friday/saturday (with real models haha), so excited for the pictures 🙂

Anyway, I am a bit overwhelmed right now by all the tasks we have to get done an then there is my nutrition science study on the side… wellllll it will all work out and it will be worth it. Plus, this is only my third-dimensional reality and I am really excited about entering and exploring higher dimensions. How will I do that? By meditating 🙂 I love you all. xxx Jule

New health inspiration

Hi, u guys!

This is not gonna be a long post but I’d feel bad about not posting anything so here we go; a little life update:

Tomorrow morning at 5:45 my day will begin and I’ll go to a hospital to get a treatment for my “first vertebra (of the neck). In German its “Atlaswirbel”. Therapists, that are qualified to do this therapy say, that if you fix the position of this vertebra, the whole body, starting with the spine, will adjust till it’s in it’s natural, healthy form. Exactly what I need, because my hips are asymmetric and this causes pain in my upper left leg. Additionally, your organs should work better afterwards, headaches should be gone etc.

Also, I am changing my diet for the better (still vegan). This would take up way to much time do explain here in full detail, but I try to go raw most of my meals/ only eat whole unprocessed foods and to heaps of sprouts and germ buds! Check out “Normen Nauber” on youtube (german), he is sooooo inspiring!

That’s it for today, now I’m gonna cook zoodles with avocado pesto and mushrooms and will try to use as little heat as possible. Stay healthy xxx

Do you remember that annoying ad on youtube? ” I looooove Mondays” – since I do what I love etc bla bla. HAHA but yeah I agree, especially when they look like this! Mondays in general are, as the introduce a new week, always a great chance to start over and embrace a new week of endless possibilities! When you’re on vacation break though, you rather just chill all day, take a walk in the sparkling sunshine and make pasta with your flatmate. And because we don’t care about whether it’s weekend or working day, we go out for drinks on a Monday night. Yeih!

So both Lotti and I went out to see friends. I met up with my sister and her pals and enjoyed some deliciooous cocktails. When I ordered my second one at the bar I asked for “two cherries on top” (because normally it’s only one but My sister wanted one as well haha). The bartender agreed but apparently got it wrong haha because he came to our table with 2 cocktails. I said that I’d only ordered one and that we are sorry. “No problem” he said and left again. Seconds after he appeared at our table again and said, we can have that second cocktail for free and no one has to pay (neither him himself, I asked because I’d feel sorry for him). SOOOOO I asked for an extra cherry and got a whole cocktail haha THANKS, universe! My friends got to enjoy it, I only had 2 in total haha in case you were wondering. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Amsterdam Part1

It’s been a while, but…

Here I am, back with the first batch of pictures from my trip to Amsterdam. As I said before, Anna and I decided spontaneously to visit our friend and former housemate Millie from Bristol, wo moved to Amsterdam for studying with Erasmus. It’s been a year that we haven’t seen us, from the point that Anna and I left England to swap it for Portugal. In addition, I’ve never been to Amsterdam before (at least I can’t remember) and was so curious ever since Anna started to enthuse about it about 2,5 years ago!

So here we were, in midst of that vibrant city, sourrounded by tons of lovely (coffee) shops, flowers, stunning interiors, open windows, vintage goodness etc etc! Every detail in the centre is just so heartwarming and very obviously made with love! So have a look at the pictures, more are yet to come 🙂

Trippy weekend

Two phone pics from last weekend when I went to one of Berlins 103 christmas markets! (Doesn’t that sound insane? No surprise that other countries “borrow” the one or other market for teir own  cities like Bristol, which hosts a original german Weihnachtsmarkt!

I am now somewhere at the airport, let’s wish for good weather in the Netherlands! What I hope for from this trip? A love-filled reunion with my babe, safe travels, longs strolls and deep talks, pleasently encountering new dimensions, reasonable vegan restaurants and some lovely vintage finds!

Hello friends! Just got a notification from bea to update my blog and sometimes I just need an reminder, because days go by and there are so many things to get done, but then again it is so nice to save some thoughts on my blog for later.

So what is going on? I currently have a week off and use it to catch up on my nutritional health studies and hopefully finish some uni homework. I’ve been enjoying a lot of family time lately and this is grounding me a lot! Tomorrow (oh em gee?!?!) I’ll be heading to Berlin to freak out together with Anna about the fact that we’ll be in Amsterdam a few hours later :O I’ve never consciously been in Amsterdam (maybe as a kid but I can’t remember) and I know from my friends that it’s EPIC! So really looking forward to visit this city and our former housemate Millie from Bristol : )))

Also I am thinking about doing a little column about my fashion design studies, like what is happening in the courses, the tasks etc. Would that be interesting to you guys? I, personally, never had a clear idea of what art students actually do and how the study looks like 🙂 Let me know xx

This seed gives you LIFE!

My beloved sister criticized that I don’t blog enough recently 😛 So here you go, a splendid picture of a smoothie bowl I had for breakfast some days ago, when I actually had time and fruits this day 😀 Well, let’s not exaggerate here; a smmmmothie bowl takes like 5 minutes MAXIMUM and for this one I only used one banana+frozen strawberries+mandarine for the smoothie and topped it with another banana, coconut shreds and hemp seeds!

Speaking of hempseeds..Let’s do some real talk about them! 🙂

According to purehealingfoods.com they are the most nutritious seeds in the world! They combine proteins, essential fats, vitamins, enzymes and minerals (phosphorus, magnesium, calcium,iron,potassium, manganese and zinc) in perfection! Additionally they almost lack any sugar, starches or saturated fats! It is said that they have many health benefits such as leading to lowered colesterol and blood sugar, weight loss, increased energy, rapid recovery from disease or injury etc pp.

You can do your own research, it’s mindblowing and Anna and I were astounded when she first read about it! Now I have them back in stock-finally. And I suggest to you to do the same 🙂

 

22 hours abundant love

She came and she left after 22 intense hours. Not that she is actually leaving, just switching home towns, as for me, she is part of the flatshare just as I am part of hers! So Anna and I finally got to spent time in my new home and as usual, it didn’t take us a lot of time to dive deep and get on the philosophic and spiritual wave. Also, what I notice every time is that face-to-face talking about thoughts and feelings is worth a mint!! Like how we both feel about living with other people and not sharing a room anymore, how we perceive our friendship etc!

You guys, wait with evaluating a situation until you have heard the other sides perception! Talking is everyting 🙂

Moreover, we made it to the food store and later cooked a freaking filling vegan dinner! Well, there may be healthier things than potato rösti (hash browns), but the vietnamese summer rolls were some real goodness consisting of heaps of fresh veggies, tofu and rice noodles! Talking of food I want to remind myself: see it as energy. An unripe mango does not have any nutritional value, so a fruit based diet in germany (especially in autumn, winter, spring) just doesn’t work so well! Here we have all kinds of cabbage, tubers, ground veggies.. yay! 😀 But seriously; I love me some mashed potatoes with fried veggies and some sort of beans or other rprotein sources 🙂

I want a strong root chakra. I want to be so in love with life, for no specific reason, that nothing can really shatter me and that every nice circumstance or situation/happening is just a pleasant bonus. I want to be grounded, balanced, full of trust and (self)love.
