So we’ve got a cut little BBQ grill for our balcony. Because balconies are such a blessing during german summers and we kind of want to live out there throughout the whole season!

The free magazine SCHROT UND KORN (www.schrotundkorn.de) featured some badass veggie BBQ recipes, like this grilled asparagus or soft sweet potatoes, filled tomatoes and chickpea salsa. Goes perfectly along with a seasonal salad like rocket with strawberries *_*

1: Here we’ve got the sweet potato “steaks” loaded with guacamole and seasoned chickpea-soy yoghurt-mix (season with garlic, lemon juice, p+s, chili flakes) So so sooooooo good!! However, the sweet potatoes take ages when put on the grill in their raw state. Maybe it’s best to cook them 2-3 minutes before grilling 🙂

2: Grilled quinoa filled tomatoes – heaven! Fry some onion in coconut oil and add a little bit of coconut milk (optional), then mix with cooked quinoa and chili flakes. Wowowow. The coconut gives this whole composition a “ahhhh, mhhh, what is that gorgeous taste” effect! Try it and love it 🙂

First vitamins, then waffles

Mornings like this *_* I usually have pure and raw fruits on my empty stomach in the morning, first thing after the fast the body does over night. Incredible health benefits, even plays a huge role in preventing and  curing diseases such as cancer! Sometimes, after digesting the fruit portion, I love to make myself waffles. Well, more frequently than “sometimes”. But they are gluten free, vegan, sugar – and fat free, is there still guilt? NO! All is well especially with homemade vegan chocolate spread (I blend up cashews and hazelnuts together with cocoa, agave nectar, vanilla, plant milk and a bit of coconut oil)!
