I’m back from Danzig!
A group of my old friends from school and I went to Poland and the city of Danzig (Gdansk) to do what we did in Prague 2 years earlier: coming together to camp, have fun, drink, laugh, cook, chill etc. This time our campground was almost directly at the beach (5 mins walking) and we had a huge “base camp” framed by a DDR caravan , VW T5, TIPI tent, a hammock, ale-benches and a tripod holding a huge kettle/cauldron. I didn’t take a camera this year because it just nicer sometimes not to think of taking pictures all the time, but these two here, which I took in Prague, pretty much show the situation!
Well, after 7 days of heavy rain to baking heat we made it back and I went straight to Anna’s. It took us less than an hour and we were diving deeper than my head could process that quickly! We talked about the anunaki “gods” and how there is no such thing like a setting sun, because it’s just us who “turn our backs to the sun”. The sun itself shines day and night so basically there’s absolutely no need for TIME as in DAYTIME and NIGHTTIME. The NOW finally made perfect sense because in the past I used to think:
“Ok if time does not exist and time counting is manmade, why do we have day and night?” But then it hit me and I actually felt dizzy, because the simple fact that the earth is circling doesn’t mean that we need the concept of time.
Howsoever, this is kinda hard to explain. What we have is now and that is more than enough 🙂 Kiss!
When I am completely calm my soul speaks to me.
There is a small line between being in the flow of doing what you love with a free spirit and sliding into a non-inspiring habit. The key is consciousness. Everything we do consciously will always be exciting, adventurous and new. All is unique. Habits can mock boredom. But this is your life, queen and king. This is not boring but pure bliss! Remember what you love doing – and start. Break the habit. Do it with the excitement you had when you first started. Your love is waiting for you ❤
Game of Throne inspired dress I made lately : ) It’s actually made out of one curtain I got for 5o cents in Sweden, can you tell? 😀 Handmade, ecofriendly, upcycled! Let’s see what we can make out of stuff that already exists xx
As I am working from home it really feels the same, whether it is a official holiday or not, but I am using the long weekend to get some things done with other people. That’s why I’m heading to Berlin tomorrow to meet up with Anna and another friend, gosh, we see each other so rarely atm, but we are still deeply connected which makes it easier 🙂
Yesterday evening I went to Ultimate Frisbee the second time, alone, mixed with 20 or so students that I didn’t know. Well, it went super well! Believe me when I say that I haven’t done anything nearly as exhausting as this for a very long time… but our game was wrong haha and I even scored a few times 😀 Besides, the team spirit is really special… really good! Unlike when climbing or canoeing or cycling, you really are part of a team and have to “Work” close together! Bought a frisbee now and am ready to challenge Lotte next week haha ❤
1 banana, handful pineapple chunks, handful frozen berries, hot water (to defrost) topped with cacao, orange, pineapple, walnuts, coconut and berries!
This was my breakfast, smoothie bowls (and any kind of bowls) are just so photogenic! Apropos photos… there may or may not be new ethical clothing outfit pictures up here shortly! ❤
Awesome yet so simple lunch! Boiled potatoes with Mango-Papaya-Curry paste and “egg-salt” (Kala Namak salt), cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley! Many carbs, low fat. Reminder to myself: decrease bad sugar and fat intake! And eat as much as you need – not less, not more! Motivation Saturday haha! Haven’t had cocolate tonight… success! 😀 (I am not saying that one should be restrictive [as long as it’s nutritious food], I just know that sugar is highly addictive and bad fats really do nothing good for your body, so I want to be able to live happily without them 🙂 It’s really just the temptation because “healthy food” is actually 1879725 times better and tastier! 🙂 )
Also I was driving today, first time in Germany since forever! Feels good to overcome such fears (however, rather respect in this case) and to just DO IT! Because in the end you’ll be okay and get more comfortable every second. So in case that any of you guys fears driving a bit… it’s ok. The roads are wide and even. Try driving in Portugal haha! ❤
PS: Whuuaaa Anna (santigoldblog.com) just manifested meeting a musician (that she loves) personally! Read her story on her blog it’s CraZzzZyy!!!
Take a minute and think about that:
LOOSE YOUR MIND AND COME TO YOUR SENSES
LOOSE YOUR MIND AND COME TO YOUR SENSES
LOOSE YOUR MIND AND COME TO YOUR SENSES
it really can make a difference, don’t you think?
it certainly would, if I wouldn’t stop it from doing so first.I can get really nervous before doing something that I can’t completely control in terms of “what will happen/how will it be/can I do this/…” This happens the most when I am about to try something new. Music classes, group events, or – most frequent – sports. Whilst writing this I kinda realize that it could just be appointments in general which stress me out… mh. Anyways, I’ve always been a sporty kid. Not always by choice, but it played a huge role in my life all along. Strangely, it happens that I am super nervous before a training… even if I know what to expect! But it’s just the mind which tells me “Argh, you must plan, you have to schedule that and then you’re not even sure what will happen – whereas at home (aka comfort zone) everythings so safe and relaxed!”
Same thing today when Lotte asked me to come along to her frisbee class tonight. Whuat, today?? I was afraid of the circumstances… concerned about if I felt good enough, the weather conditions, my timing… however, I went. And it was great. Exhaustingly great and fricking cold.
Not that it was simply freezing, it started to rain and then soft hail, wich really hurt our frozen hands! But we continued, dried a little, got soaked by the rain again and finally ended the training with contentment happiness! I definitely learned (once again)that I can approach new things more relaxed and laid back, because everything will work out fine 🙂
It’s a while ago that I felt SUCH GRATITUDE for my home and a hot shower, wow! I know guys, it’s uncomfortable to admit, but the comfort zone is so much cozier after leaving it (and then coming back) 🙂 Next we watched Game of Thrones and now I am super done, in a positive way! Looking forward to being productive tomorrow! Night! ❤
It takes courage to do the first action, everything that follows is your reward! The universe takes care of everything and gives you all that is good – if you only take the first step!
Hey beautiful souls,
today at 7:23 am I woke up naturally. This blew my mind, because I intended to do so – because I knew the full moon today reaches it’s peak at 7:23!! And I just woke up, looked at my phone and saw these numbers… Crazy innit?!?! Additionally I did a quick grounding meditation , where I just lead energy from my root chakra up to my crown chakra, and it was so intense!! The further I went up towards the head the more I felt the energy filling parts of my body! At some point it was so strong that I thought I’d breathe through some other organs but not my mouth/nose/lungs! It felt very heavy and I would have freaked out in the past, however, nowadays I can kinda enjoy it 🙂
So you guys, the next few days could be very energetic, negative emotions such as fear or grief may come up – attention, this happens FOR YOU, not against you! They want to be released and acknowledged- just accept everything and let it go, emotions come and go as weather does 🙂 it’s time to let go and move on without the baggage! Have a beautiful day, love and light to all of us 🙂 xx
Why am I still awake… after a students party marathon and a very short and cold night last night… Yeah right because I really want to update my blog before heading off to the next adventure – SWEDEN tomorrow!
It really makes sense, you’ll see – my sister got herself a car, my stepdad planned to go up north for a week, she wanted to come along and offered to drive with her new car. With her she takes two of her best buddies… and me! When I came back from Portugal I got asked because there was still one seat left in the car, so I was like why not haha! It’s always such a beautiful time up there (my stepdad is lucky enough to own a cute little house in the middle of Swedens nowhere) and so I am really exited 🙂 Fortunately, when in Sweden and in the countryside, you almost don’t need anything… comfy pants, sweater, outdoor jacket. Guitar, camera, music, wine 🙂 Still have to pack my things and make provisions tomorrow, and this time we’ll even have wi-fi in the house (first time for me in like 10 years) so maybe I can still blog 🙂 But primarily I want to use the time to get back to nature, back to myself… training mindfulness and being aware of all those little things 🙂
Sleep well and see you later girls and boys ❤
