This weekend was insane!

ddddd
Do I need to explain? Just feel it, admit  it and live it 🙂

Hello Queens and Princes,

how was your weekend? To start with mine… well, we had a fckng blast!!! Firstly, on Thursday I got the info that all my classes are cancelled for Friday –  so instead of uni from 10-6 pm I had the whole day off and could help getting te flat set for the big party! As you may know we had our ‘house warming’-party and were expecting a loooot of friends to come! So we had huge buffet of vegan food, hot and cold, sweet and hearty, a dream-frankly. Anna and Elsa, wo told me more than once that they are to busy to join the party, eventually surprised me and boosted my happiness-level from 100 to 250! Weeell I had a feeling that something like that would happen but in the end you never know and I was just so super super excited to have them around!

On Saturday a comparatively small group of people stayed and we ad a nice long walk in the rain, ten went to the cinema (did you know that there is a new movie from J.K.Rowling that is like a resumption of the Harry Potter movies?? I liked it a lot, quite fantastic but very nice 🙂 After that we had a look at another house party in a ridicilously big flatshare, tey had a proper boiler room in there 😀 So we danced to good old german techno just as if we haven’t had partied all night the night before 😀

We just had such a good time and I am gratefdul for everyone who was part of it! Hasta lueeegooo ❤

love for flea markets

Hey pals,

I am so tired right now. It’s close to 2 am and I just got back from a house party, whose hosts I didn’t know at all. Wasn’t my type of party, too much smoke etc, and already super tired! Not surprising tho after a day like this; woke up early to spent the day at one of the biggest flea markets of the country (I guess) with my mum and sister, it was cold but I felt good and it was amazing to have them both around! I got a nice big wooden box and ladder (for half the actual price because the seller liked my eye colour so much 😀 ). Tomorrow (or rather later today) we’ll have a Halloween party but I already decided not to party too hard, as I just wanna feel good and not drained!

So sleep well and remember : the best project you’ll ever work on is you! Haha, out of context but u know, it’s important xx

#mercuryretrograde – what’s best to do & not do ☽ ♍

Hey guys!

I am back from an amazing and surprising weekend in Poland where we celebrated the birthday of good friend. After two days among 60 people I finally got to know a woman who vibes with me on a deep level. She’s a reiki healer and on her personal spiritual journey as well and we dived deep into topics like chakra healing, protection against other peoples negative energy (wear hats!), twin flames, self love etc!

One thing that is pretty present in my life right now is that I have to learn to be courageous enough to do what I am afraid of, because

You know your way by looking at the things you fear!

Btw, are you experiencing a rough time right know with more stress or bad luck than usual? You should know that its the MERCURY RETROGRADE in virgo right now, bringing chaos with it, and we need to be really aware and conscious and double check everything! It’s a great time to rethink actions or to finish something. DO NOT plan or make big actions, sign contracts, make agreements (not even verbal), start anything new. It is more likely to not last and it may change very quickly. The main period terminates on the 22.09.

So this is why I still didn’t sign a contract for a flat and why I’ll wait till the mercury is through the most intense phase of its retrograde!

Also, what my friend just told me, it is a good time to get rid of stuff and tidy out. Supposedly it is easier to part with stuff you don’t need any longer, so this is what I did on friday and will do today as well 🙂

It’s always nice because I find stuff I kinda forgot about and which I thought would no longer suit me, like this grey skirt I am wearing in the picture above. But then I start mixing it up with other items and find myself in an outfit I really like! 🙂

Back to nature – Sweden

pola2

Why am I still awake… after a students party marathon and a very short and cold night last night… Yeah right because I really want to update my blog before heading off to the next adventure – SWEDEN tomorrow!

It really makes sense, you’ll see – my sister got herself a car, my stepdad planned to go up north for a week, she wanted to come along and offered to drive with her new car. With her she takes two of her best buddies… and me! When I came back from Portugal I got asked because there was still one seat left in the car, so I was like why not haha! It’s always such a beautiful time up there (my stepdad is lucky enough to own a cute little house in the middle of Swedens nowhere) and so I am really exited 🙂 Fortunately, when in Sweden and in the countryside, you almost don’t need anything… comfy pants, sweater, outdoor jacket. Guitar, camera, music, wine 🙂 Still have to pack my things and make provisions tomorrow, and this time we’ll even have wi-fi in the house (first time for me in like 10 years) so maybe I can still blog 🙂 But primarily I want to use the time to get back to nature, back to myself… training mindfulness and being aware of all those little things 🙂

Sleep well and see you later girls and boys ❤

Hey my beauties,

I am going to Berlin tomorrow! There’s a home party on Friday night and the next one at Elsa’s on Saturday! Haven’t had a party marathon for years (it feels like), but I am looking forward to seeing many of my old friends ❤

Today was special. I met up with Lotti at the uni canteen for lunch after I enjoyed it that much yesterday! She’s incredibly busy with her medicine study but still making time to see me which is gorgeous 🙂 Later on, on my way back home, the tram I need didn’t operate due to an accident. Well, shit, I thought, now I had to walk home with that immense bag of Rossmann (drug store) organic goodies… but I decided to enjoy it and so did I ! Walking down the road like a catwalk, innerly dancing to the music I was listening to. Awesome 😀

Back home I got some work done, also made vegan bounty and damson (Bärlauch) pesto (so fricking hot :O )and had dinner with my fam! My stepdad made the most delicious dish… mustard-y lentils  and oven-veggies (radishes, kohlrabi and carrots) – I know it sounds weird and uncommon, I was skeptical myself… but gooooosh, I was so surprised and pleased by this meal!! As I sat there I started to get a deep feeling of contentment, happiness… pure gratefulness for the very moment and the people I shared it with… it’s not that often that I experience it this consciously… so great 🙂

And last but not least, after a feeling of stress wanted to sneak in, I meditated, just focusing on being relaxed and mindful, and it was so beautifully intense! I thought my arms were crossed and my hands on my knees, but in fact they were both resting in my lap! Now I am energetically charged again and some things  I almost worried about worked out pretty well after that:) Synchronicity came up like a hundred times and now I want to sleep. A fun, relaxed and beautiful weekend lies in front of me… See you later ❤

Best night in Porto!

party

Yesterday night was a BLAST! We don’t always go out lately, in fact we haven’t been out once during our stay in Portugal. Until yesterday! Quite spontaneously (as always), I finally agreed to Annas idea of exploring Porto’s nightscene! It’s different having a car, so much more comfortable and easy! So we drove into the city, walked through the centre and found a super cute, cozy bar with a very quaint athmospere! After an non-alcoholic mojito for me and an ubersweet sangria for Anna we moved on. We got quite good along with the son of the pub owner and got recommendations for were we should go next!

As we already have april-like weather conditions over here, it started to rain heavily. Quick quick! The hotspot is not far from the centre, 3 minutes walk and you’ll find yourself in one of 3 streets full of bars, clubs and tons of people! Another drink in a dance-bar, which was more visited by older people though. The next bar we stayed in (almost all of them got free entry!!!) was so crowded, you could barely move. Anna spotted a guy next to us, blond hair, pale skin. “Sprichst du deutsch?”, meaning “Do you speak german?” she asked. “How do you know?” he replied astounded. Well, it was too obvious! As far as possible we got into talking (or rather screaming into one’s ear) and eventually joined the group of maybe 6/7 spanish and german guys and girls, who actually paid for a pub crawl from the hostel and so were on a tour trough the best bars and clubs! Since I was still talking to that german guy we decided to just join them on their crawl and went into a dancebar, which had a second floor downstairs. Quicker as I could even realize we stood in the midst of that international group of super funny people bursting with energy, started to dance and didn’t stop till 4 in the morning! As the night went along everyone got to know everyone, but honestly more the boys than the girls, and I had so so sooooo much fun! It’s crazy how one little act can change a whole period of time and open so many opportunities!

As it was a pub-crawl they moved on to the next club – but what is that? A doorkeeper means paying means we are out. We already wanted to say goodbye to the boys, but – they weren’t just superficially nice, no, they really cared. In the end they convinced the crawl-guide-girl to help us! So she told the bouncer that we lost our entry wristbands and eventually – believe it or not – we scurried past him and got into the club for FREE! Now this is what I call a miracle!

I don’t know, it may sound like a normal night out, but firstly, this is rather an exception for me and secondly, the circumstances were so crazy tight! We spend some more hours shaking buts to Rihanna, Drake, charts and badass remixes of tunes both old and new, squatting and twisting, laughing, singing and flirting. But we were still like a big group of old friends, so casual, and we’ve only met them like 4 hours ago!

Anyway, it was such great fun, I can’t get over it haha! These guys were exceptionally cool in terms of ease, dancing (like I’ve never seen guys dancing like that – that hip swinging had Dirty Dancing qualities!!) and realness! No fake trying to be cool or inapproachable, just having fun with new friends that all didn’t know each other for longer than 5 hours!

However, at 4 am we left, due to the growing mass of off – turning, groping men and Annas feet – her shoes already hurt at the beginning of the night, so she was super brave and persevered the whole night – which weren’t willing to stay in those strappy heels anymore!

Oh, did I mention that I didn’t have one drink and still had the best night ever? It really makes no difference as long as you feel comfortable with the people around you! By the way, the second I got on the road to drive home rain started to buck down like – you can’t even imagine! Fate! What an awesome night and – PORTOS NIGHTLIFE IS DEFINETELY WORTH A TRY!
