My beloved sister criticized that I don’t blog enough recently 😛 So here you go, a splendid picture of a smoothie bowl I had for breakfast some days ago, when I actually had time and fruits this day 😀 Well, let’s not exaggerate here; a smmmmothie bowl takes like 5 minutes MAXIMUM and for this one I only used one banana+frozen strawberries+mandarine for the smoothie and topped it with another banana, coconut shreds and hemp seeds!
Speaking of hempseeds..Let’s do some real talk about them! 🙂
According to purehealingfoods.com they are the most nutritious seeds in the world! They combine proteins, essential fats, vitamins, enzymes and minerals (phosphorus, magnesium, calcium,iron,potassium, manganese and zinc) in perfection! Additionally they almost lack any sugar, starches or saturated fats! It is said that they have many health benefits such as leading to lowered colesterol and blood sugar, weight loss, increased energy, rapid recovery from disease or injury etc pp.
You can do your own research, it’s mindblowing and Anna and I were astounded when she first read about it! Now I have them back in stock-finally. And I suggest to you to do the same 🙂
As I am working from home it really feels the same, whether it is a official holiday or not, but I am using the long weekend to get some things done with other people. That’s why I’m heading to Berlin tomorrow to meet up with Anna and another friend, gosh, we see each other so rarely atm, but we are still deeply connected which makes it easier 🙂
Yesterday evening I went to Ultimate Frisbee the second time, alone, mixed with 20 or so students that I didn’t know. Well, it went super well! Believe me when I say that I haven’t done anything nearly as exhausting as this for a very long time… but our game was wrong haha and I even scored a few times 😀 Besides, the team spirit is really special… really good! Unlike when climbing or canoeing or cycling, you really are part of a team and have to “Work” close together! Bought a frisbee now and am ready to challenge Lotte next week haha ❤

We’ve got lovely 14 degrees celsius today, which is always so inviting to put some extra effort in the breakfast-making and taking some snaps of the result before eating it right up!
So today I made myself one of the best cheap meals I had so far… Anna discovered that the consistency of roughly mashed chickpeas is super close to the one of scrambled eggs! Like suuuuper similar! So I scrambled the chickpeas in a pan, seasoned them with some oregano, pepper and finally EGGSALT!
This one is lifechanging so keep an ear to the ground: there is an Indian black salt, called KALA-NAMAK-SALT, which actually tastes like boiled eggs!!! And that in a delicious way! You can add it to avocado toast, tofu or whatelse and get a vegan scrambled eggs experience! Woohoo! I use this one.
Besides that I was having a smoothie bowl consisting of the ingredients shown above! Now I am probably studying a bit and practice drawing! Have a beautiful day : )
